Azure Devops Engineer6+ YearsRiyadh, Saudi ArabiaAzure DevOps Platform & Administration • Administer Azure DevOps organizations, projects, repositories, pipelines, agents, service connections, permissions, policies, and extensions. • Define scalable project structures, branching models, repository standards, reusable pipeline templates, and governance guardrails. • Manage Microsoft-hosted and self-hosted agents, agent pools, capacity, patching, availability, and secure network connectivity. • Integrate Azure DevOps with identity, secrets management, artifact repositories, security scanning, ITSM, monitoring, and collaboration platforms. CI/CD & Release Engineering • Build and maintain YAML-based multi-stage pipelines for build, test, security validation, deployment, rollback, and post-deployment verification. • Implement deployment strategies such as blue-green, canary, rolling, and feature-flag releases where technically appropriate. • Automate quality gates, approvals, segregation of duties, evidence capture, and release traceability across environments. • Improve deployment frequency and lead time while controlling failed-change risk and protecting production stability. Infrastructure as Code & Cloud Automation • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, PowerShell, and/or Azure CLI. • Create reusable modules
