The role involves providing day-to-day technical support for Azure-based environments, including monitoring systems, diagnosing issues, and resolving incidents in a timely manner. The engineer will manage and maintain Azure infrastructure, assist in deployments, apply security best practices, and ensure system availability and performance. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and clients, documenting solutions and procedures, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers or vendors when necessary. The role also requires proactive optimization of cloud resources, adherence to company policies and service-level agreements, and clear, professional communication with stakeholders.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills, with experience handling incidents in Azure or similar cloud environments.Candidates should possess System Administration skills, including managing virtual machines, storage, and user access within cloud or hybrid infrastructures.Candidates should possess Networking skills, such as configuring virtual networks, VPNs, and connectivity between on-premises and cloud resources.Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including implementing firewalls, access controls, monitoring, and compliance with security standards.Relevant experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure VM, Azure AD, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center) is highly beneficial.Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent are an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to incident resolution.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
