Our outside sales team is rapidly expanding our footprint, closing new dental offices and medical spas across the country every single week. Now, we are looking for a relentless, highly organized Account Manager to take the baton, onboard these new clinics, and drive our recurring revenue engine.The Role: We are looking for an elite "farmer." While our field reps are out hunting for new logos, you are the operational anchor. Your primary objective is to take newly closed accounts, seamlessly onboard their clinical staff, and ensure they are consistently re-ordering product every single month.You will not just be answering support tickets—you are a sales-minded relationship builder whose success is directly measured by account retention, product utilization, and monthly re-order volume. If you are hyper-organized, love building relationships with B2B clients, and know how to keep accounts engaged and buying, this is the role for you.What You Will Do:Own the Onboarding: Take immediate ownership of newly closed B2B accounts. Conduct training sessions with doctors, office managers, and hygienists so they are fully equipped to sell BocaBella products to their patients.Drive Recurring Revenue: Proactively manage a large book of business. Make outbound calls to existing clinics to secure consistent monthly re-orders and prevent account dormancy.Monitor Account Health: Use our CRM (HubSpot) to obsessively track clinic order frequency. Identify "at-risk" accounts before they churn and step in to rescue them.Upsell & Expand: Introduce existing accounts to new product lines, larger bulk-order tiers, and seasonal promotions to increase the Lifetime Value (LTV) of every clinic.Operational Excellence: Keep immaculate, detailed notes on every account interaction. You will be the central hub between our outside sales team, inside sales, and fulfillment.What We Are Looking For:Sales/Account Management Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client success. (Experience in the dental, medical device, or aesthetics space is a massive plus).Hyper-Organized: You are process-driven and detail-oriented. You do not let accounts slip through the cracks, and you live by your CRM dashboard.A "Closer's" Mindset for Retention: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone, handle objections, and ask for the re-order.Exceptional Communicator: You can command a room (or a Zoom call) and easily build rapport with busy healthcare professionals and office gatekeepers.Local to Boca Raton: Must be able to commute to our Boca Raton HQ.Compensation & Perks:Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (Commensurate with experience).Upside: Lucrative commission/bonus structure tied directly to the re-order volume and retention rates of your managed accounts.Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and PTO.Growth: Get in on the ground floor of a rapidly scaling company with massive upward mobility.
