Job Description:Location: DHA Phase II Extension, KarachiShift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday – Friday)Job Type: Full-Time | OnsiteAbout the RoleICON Global (Private) Limited is looking for a B2B Lead Generation Associate (Data Scraping) to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, collecting, and verifying high-quality B2B prospect data to support our sales and marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesRResearch and identify B2B prospects based on target industries and markets.Build targeted lead lists with company and decision-maker information.Extract and collect accurate prospect data using data scraping tools, LinkedIn, business directories, and other relevant sources.Make verification calls to generated leads to validate the accuracy, authenticity, and relevancy of the extracted lead information.Contact businesses and relevant decision-makers to confirm key details such as company information, contact details, and other required lead criteria.Collect and verify email addresses using lead generation and email verification tools.Maintain accurate and organized lead databases in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.Remove duplicate, outdated, or invalid records to ensure data quality.Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to fulfill lead requirements.Stay updated with the latest lead generation, data scraping, and prospecting techniques and tools.Ensure all generated leads meet the defined quality and verification standards before being submitted to the relevant team.RequirementsBachelor's degree (preferred) or currently pursuing a degree.1 to 2 years of experience in Data Scraping, Lead Generation, or Data Research.Hands-on experience with data scraping tools and browser extensions.Familiarity with LinkedIn, business directories, and B2B prospecting.Knowledge of email verification and list-building tools.Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.Good verbal English communication skills and confidence in making verification calls.Excellent internet research, analytical, and organizational skills.High attention to detail and data accuracy.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryMedical InsuranceProvident FundAnnual BonusPaid LeavesLeave Encashment
