قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole OverviewOur client is hiring two Sales Leads to drive vendor acquisition and order growth across high-volume SME and digitally enabled commerce segments, with a focus on Fashion, Beauty & Cosmetics, Health Tech & Wellness, and Social Commerce merchants. The role is both strategic and execution-driven: each Sales Lead will identify, engage, onboard, activate, and grow vendors who require reliable last-mile, same-day, interstate, fulfilment, returns and logistics support. Together, the two Sales Leads will be responsible for acquiring and activating 5,000 vendors over the next 18-24 months, while building a strong, measurable sales pipeline that converts into recurring order volume and GMV for Dellyman.Market Coverage and Role Split• Two-person market structure: the two Sales Leads will share the market by vertical, territory, vendor profile and/or channel, based on management allocation and each candidate’s strongest network.• Priority verticals: fashion brands, boutiques, ready-to-wear designers, thrift and accessories sellers, beauty and cosmetics vendors, hair/wig sellers, skincare brands, pharmacies, wellness and health-tech providers, Instagram/WhatsApp/TikTok sellers, Shopify/WooCommerce merchants and social commerce aggregators.• Geographic focus: Lagos will be the primary operating base, with structured outreach to Abuja, PortHarcourt, Ibadan, Kano and other high-potential cities as Dellyman expands merchant coverage.vendor acquisition must translate into active orders, recurring usage, strongermerchant retention and measurable contribution to revenue growth.Key Responsibilities1. Market Mapping and Pipeline Development: Build a targeted database of high-potential vendors across assigned sectors; segment prospects by order potential, location, category, logistics needs and decision-maker profile; maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline from lead generation to activation.2. Vendor Acquisition: Prospect, pitch and close new vendors through field visits, referrals, events, social media prospecting, communities, associations, direct outreach, WhatsApp/Instagram selling networks and partner channels.3. Vendor Activation and Onboarding: Ensure every signed vendor is properly onboarded, trained and supported to place first orders quickly. Coordinate with operations, customer support and product teams to remove friction from the first 30 days.4. Account Growth and Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of active vendors, grow orderfrequency, reactivate dormant accounts, understand merchant pain points and build long-term commercial relationships.5. Sector-Specific Go-to-Market Execution: Develop practical campaigns for each sector, such as beauty vendor acquisition drives, fashion seller delivery bundles, health-tech/pharmacy logistics partnerships and social-commerce seller referral programs.6. Commercial Reporting and KPI Tracking: Provide weekly reports on leads generated, vendors signed, vendors activated, order volume, GMV, conversion rates, dormant accounts, feedback themes and blockers requiring management attention.7. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Operations, Customer Support, Finance, Marketing and Product/Technology to ensure vendors receive reliable service, clear pricing, smooth onboarding, issue resolution and consistent SLA performance.8. Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, merchant expectations, delivery pain points, emerging social commerce channels and sector trends that can help Dellyman refine its products, pricing and acquisition strategy.Success Metrics / KPIs• Qualified vendors added to pipeline weekly and monthly.• New vendors signed and onboarded per month.• Activated vendors placing first order within 30 days.• Active vendors generating recurring monthly orders.• Order volume, GMV and revenue contribution from acquired vendors.• Vendor retention, repeat usage and dormant vendor reactivation.• Conversion rate from lead to signed vendor and signed vendor to active vendor.• Accuracy and discipline of CRM updates, pipeline reporting and weekly sales activity reports.Indicative acquisition ambition: to achieve 5,000 vendors within 18-24 months, each Sales Lead should becomfortable working toward aggressive monthly vendor acquisition and activation targets, subject tomanagement’s agreed market split, lead quality standards and performance incentive structure.Required Qualifications and Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics, or a relatedfield. Relevant sector experience may be considered in place of a specific degree.• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, SME sales, key account management,marketplace sales, logistics sales, health-tech sales, beauty/fashion distribution or social commercegrowth.• Strong existing network or proven ability to quickly build networks within fashion, beauty, cosmetics,health/wellness, pharmacy, health-tech, Instagram/WhatsApp commerce or SME seller communities.• Strong field-sales mindset, with the confidence to visit merchants, pitch business owners, negotiatecommercial terms and close deals.• Ability to understand merchant logistics needs, explain Dellyman’s services clearly and translate vendor pain points into practical solutions.• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-management skills.• Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, social media prospecting and basic sales reporting tools.• Ability to work full-time on site in Lagos and travel within Nigeria when required for vendor acquisition andmarket development.Preferred Attributes• Experience selling to SMEs, online sellers, social commerce merchants or marketplace vendors.• Knowledge of logistics, last-mile delivery, fulfilment, returns management, COD collections or e-commerce operations.• Strong personal credibility within one or more of the target sectors.• High energy, resilience and persistence in lead generation, follow-up and closing.• Data-driven approach to sales activity, performance tracking and pipeline management.• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment.• Candidates with strong networks in women-led commerce communities, fashion, beauty and social selling ecosystems are strongly encouraged to apply.
