B2B Growth Manager, Creator Networks (French Speaking) – TikTok LIVE - Paris

ResponsibilitiesThe LIVE Operations team is focused on building a scalable and high-performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem. By working closely with consumer audiences, creators, and creator agencies, we drive long-term growth through content innovation, monetization enablement, and community development.TikTok LIVE France has established a strong foundation, with proven creator monetization and growing audience demand. The opportunity now is to scale the creator network ecosystem in France, building the agency partner base that will drive the next phase of creator supply and revenue growth. This is a foundational build with significant room to shape how the market develops.This role owns the creation of that supply. You will define which profiles of people and businesses can succeed as TikTok LIVE agencies, build and test the value proposition and channels that convert them, and turn what works into a repeatable acquisition motion. Volume matters, but so does quality: you own new agencies through to the revenue they generate, not just to signature. This is a builder role on a strategic priority for France, reporting directly to the Country Manager.Key Responsibilities- Own agency acquisition end to end, from lead generation and qualification through signature to new agency revenue at 90 days.- Define and prioritize the target segments for France, identifying which partner profiles are most likely to build agencies that recruit creators at scale.- Build and test the value proposition and pitch for each segment, using performance data to iterate.- Design and run channel experiments to source qualified leads, measuring conversion and cost per signed agency to identify what scales.- Sign the first reference partners in each promising segment and use their results to sharpen targeting and messaging.- Set the quality standard for new agencies at entry, working with the agency team to ensure new partners start with a strong creator recruitment model from day one.- Turn validated learnings into a documented acquisition and onboarding playbook that can be scaled and handed over.- Report performance and insights to France and EU leadership, and inform how the France agency growth function should be structured as it scales.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B growth, lead generation, growth marketing, strategy consulting, or a comparable analytical and commercial role.- Strong analytical rigor: able to structure an undefined problem, design tests, read results, and make decisions from data rather than intuition.- Demonstrated ownership of a project or business line built from scratch, in a fast-growing company, a startup, or an entrepreneurial venture.- Commercial credibility: able to build a pitch, hold a conversation with a founder or business owner, and close.- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a two-sided marketplace, creator platform, live streaming, or social platform.- Experience building an acquisition or partner funnel from zero, including segmentation, messaging, and channel testing.- Comfort operating with ambiguity and limited process, and building the process as you go.- Experience working with or inside agencies, MCNs, or talent management businessesAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
