B2B Marketing Director - Ironwall by IncogniIronwall by Incogni is an executive privacy and protection service built for organizations that need to protect their most exposed people. We help companies and institutions reduce security risks to executives and other high-profile individuals by continuously finding and removing their personal information from the internet.We are looking for a B2B Marketing Director to take end-to-end ownership of Ironwall's marketing and build our growth engine.Your mission is simple: generate qualified pipeline and help establish Ironwall as the category leader in executive privacy protection.You will work closely with Sales and Incogni's broader marketing organization, while having the autonomy to define what Ironwall needs to reach its growth ambitions.What you will do:Own the pipeline number: take accountability for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, focusing on qualified opportunities and revenue impact rather than lead volume;Refine our B2B GTM strategy: work with Sales to refine our ICP, priority verticals, buying committees, account segmentation, value propositions, and go-to-market priorities;Build our ABM engine: develop programs targeting the largest companies and institutions, from high-touch 1:1 initiatives to scalable account-based campaigns;Create and capture demand: own the Ironwall website and inbound funnel while building demand through campaigns, content, events, partnerships, and other channels;Own positioning and messaging: make Ironwall's proposition compelling to buyers and help establish executive personal-data exposure as a critical corporate security problem;Enable Sales to win: build the messaging, customer proof, competitive positioning, and account-specific materials needed to progress and close opportunities;Build the function: establish the team, capabilities, processes, technology, measurement, and budget required to turn B2B marketing into a scalable growth engine.What we expect:Proven leadership experience: you have built winning B2B marketing teams in the past;Proven B2B experience in a Sales-Led motion: you have built or scaled marketing for a company selling complex, high-value products or services to large organizations;Pipeline ownership: you have been accountable for pipeline and can show how marketing translated into qualified opportunities and revenue;Strong ABM expertise: you know how to build effective account-based programs around a finite universe of high-value accounts;Full-stack B2B marketer: you can move comfortably between GTM strategy, demand generation, positioning, product marketing, field marketing, partnerships, and sales enablement;Commercial mindset: you understand enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, pipeline economics, and how Marketing and Sales need to work together;Builder mentality: you are comfortable both setting the strategy and getting your hands dirty to make it happen;High autonomy and low ego: you take ownership, move quickly, collaborate well, and care more about business outcomes than organizational boundaries;Experience in marketing to high-net-worth-individuals, software or executive protection is a plus, but exceptional B2B marketing experience matters more.What we offer:Impact: own B2B marketing for a rapidly growing business tackling an emerging security problem;True ownership: responsibility for the complete B2B marketing function, with qualified pipeline as your primary business outcome;Build from the ground up: define the GTM playbook and build the capabilities and team required to scale it;High autonomy: identify the biggest opportunities and decide how to capture them;Strong foundations: leverage Incogni's established brand, marketing capabilities, customer base, and privacy expertise while building a dedicated growth motion for Ironwall;Top-tier environment: professional development budgets, modern hardware, flexible working models, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits.Benefits: 100% company-paid medical and dental insurance, 50% dependent coverage, optional vision, paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and a Birthday Free Day.Compensation:  $170-$200K / yearQuarterly Performance Bonus: Following successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, this role will be eligible for a quarterly performance bonus tied to the achievement of defined pipeline and marketing performance goals.
