Apply & track with Apply EdgePharmatica is a pharmaceutical and life sciences intelligence platform covering the full industry lifecycle — from research to commercialisation — with analysis delivered through podcasts, whitepapers, analyst insights, thought leadership and industry intelligence reports for senior leaders.Position: B2B Podcast Host & Executive Interviewer Location: HybridAudience: Executives across Biopharma, Enteprise Pharma, CROs, and Life Sciences.Primary Objective: Host remote video and audio podcast episodes for Pharmatica’s flagship series (The Clinical Compass, The Chain Reaction, Digital Pulse, The Discovery Loop), interviewing corporate enterprise sponsors alongside Pharmatica Scientific Council members.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Interviewing: Lead engaging, highly polished recording sessions with senior pharma executives, SMEs, and Scientific Council members.Narrative Execution: Translate technical interview briefs into natural, high-value conversations without sounding overly scripted.On-Camera Brand Representation: Serve as the professional, authoritative, and articulate host representing the Pharmatica brand across high-definition video and audio channels.Production & Time Management: Partner with internal editorial teams to review pre-interview briefs, refine question flows, run 15-minute prep alignment calls, manage strict 45-to-60-minute recording timelines, and record dedicated intro/outro hooks and promotional teasers.Post-Production Collaboration: Coordinate with media and editing teams following each recording session to sign off on raw captures and flag key highlight timestamps for short-form social video edits.Required Qualifications & ExperienceB2B Interview Experience: 3+ years of experience hosting B2B podcasts, broadcast journalism, corporate media, or executive interviewing (Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma, or Healthcare Tech experience strongly preferred).C-Suite Conversational Polish: Proven ability to put senior executives at ease, maintain active listening, keep recordings strictly on time, and guide technical discussions toward clear, actionable insights.Technical Software Proficiency: Native familiarity with remote studio recording platforms (Riverside.fm, Zencastr) and asynchronous collaboration tools (ClickUp, Google Workspace).Preferred QualificationsPrior background in health tech, clinical operations, biomanufacturing, or enterprise Pharma journalism.Familiarity with industry terminology, drug development lifecycles, and regulatory bodies (FDA, EMA, MHRA).Experience working alongside medical advisory boards, scientific councils, or technical subject matter experts.Engagement Details & CompensationEmployment Type: Full Time RoleVolume: Estimated 6 to 14 podcast episodes per month (including prep and recording time).
