B2B Recovery Manager (South India)

Position: Recovery Manager Location: Chennai & Bangalore Experience: 3–7 Years Salary: 40,000-80,000/Month Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Recovery Manager to oversee debt recovery and collections operations across South India. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, experience in collections/recovery management, and fluency in Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu to effectively coordinate with customers and local teams.• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to reduce receivable days. • Conduct field collection visits for high-value delinquent and NPA accounts. • Coordinate with customers, collection agencies, and field executives for payment recovery. • Handle write-off, heavy bucket, and overdue accounts through effective collection strategies. • Ensure timely reconciliation of customer accounts and collection records. • Track collection targets and ensure achievement of monthly recovery goals. • Investigate disputed accounts and work towards prompt resolution. • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) portfolio and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. • Manage field collection teams and monitor their productivity and recovery performance.Additional Required Qualifications• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Field Collections, Recovery Management, or Credit Control. • Strong understanding of AR processes, delinquency management, NPA accounts, and collection cycles. • Experience handling field recovery operations and customer visits for collections.Additional Mandatory Skills• Field Collection and Recovery Operations. • Portfolio Management of Delinquent and NPA Accounts. • Customer Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. • Collection Analytics and MIS Reporting.Updated Preferred Industry Experience• NBFC • Banking • Fintech • Microfinance • Loan Recovery & Collections • Accounts Receivable Management • Field Collection Operations • Financial ServicesMandatory Skills· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.· Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally.· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.· Willingness to travel extensively across South India.· Team management and leadership skills.Language Requirements (Mandatory)· Tamil· Kannada· Telugu· English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
