This is not a direct sales management position and does not guarantee employment or immediate access to clients.The MissionThe mission of the Sales Developer is to help Elchai build a qualified international sales pipeline and support the conversion of suitable opportunities into real client conversations.The candidate must learn to understand a complex technical infrastructure, identify the right decision-makers, ask useful discovery questions, record every interaction, and move opportunities through the approved sales process without making unauthorised promises.The primary commercial focus is Elchai Group's AI infrastructure and enterprise technology products.What You Will Learn and DoResearch companies, groups, family offices, and institutional organisations that may need governed AI adoption, isolated customer branches, controlled agent permissions, and human approval workflows.Identify relevant decision-makers, including CEOs, CIOs, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, enterprise architects, security leaders, and digital transformation leaders.Build and maintain accurate lead records in the approved CRM.Research each prospect before contact and record the reason why the prospect may be relevant.Prepare approved first-contact messages and follow-up drafts.Support email, LinkedIn, and other approved outreach channels.Schedule discovery calls for qualified prospects.Prepare a short briefing before each call, including the company profile, business problem, relevant decision-maker, reason for contact, and proposed next step.Ask structured discovery questions to understand the prospect’s current AI, governance, security, workflow, and operational challenges.Explain the basic commercial logic of Governance Orchestration:- Each client receives an isolated branch.- Data, credentials, agents, permissions, memory, logs, and operational context remain separated.- Agents operate within approved permissions.- Important actions require explicit human approval.- Activities must be traceable through appropriate records and audit workflows.- Pulse is the integrated interface through which authorised users can interact with the system.Qualify whether an opportunity is suitable for Elchai Group's AI infrastructure and enterprise technology products without mixing the products.Record objections, questions, commitments, next steps, and follow-up dates.Coordinate with the internal technical and commercial team before any demo, proposal, or technical statement is sent.Support the preparation of approved proposals and meeting materials.Report accurately on pipeline activity, responses, meetings, opportunities, and cash-generating progress.What This Role Must Not DoThe Sales Developer must not:- Present Pulse as a separate product from Governance Orchestration.- Promise a feature, integration, timeline, result, certification, licence, or regulatory status without approval.- Change prices, scope, payment terms, SAFE terms, valuation figures, or use-of-funds information.- Present Elchai Group as VARA-regulated or FSRA-licensed.- Present Digital Meta Bank as a live or licensed bank.- Promise investment returns, guaranteed yields, or risk-free outcomes.- Describe OpenReal as a marketplace, exchange, wallet, custodian, or investment product.- Use mining language in institutional, lender, European, EIC, or grant materials for Center AI Vision.- Send proposals, contracts, investor materials, or sensitive technical documents independently.- Contact a prospect outside the approved CRM and communication process.- Keep a client relationship, lead, or conversation outside Elchai’s systems.- Claim ownership of a client introduced or developed during the role.- Give legal, financial, regulatory, or technical advice on behalf of Elchai.Sales ProcessThe approved process is:1. Account research.2. Lead creation in the CRM.3. Lead qualification.4. Human review of the proposed contact.5. Approved outreach.6. Follow-up and response recording.7. Discovery call preparation.8. Discovery call with the authorised closer or company representative.9. Technical pre-check.10. Approved proposal preparation.11. Contract and legal review.12. Invoice and cash collection.13. Delivery handover.The Sales Developer may support each stage, but cannot skip the approval gates.The CRM is the official record of lead ownership, activity, follow-up, and pipeline status. If 2 people claim the same prospect, the CRM record and its timestamps are used for review.Internship PathwayThe programme begins with a 3-day initial trial.Candidates who continue enter a structured 8 week Internhsip and training period.The Internship includes:- Product and infrastructure training.- Governance Orchestration training.- Prospect research.- CRM discipline.- Discovery-call preparation.- Outreach writing.- Objection handling.- Compliance and communication rules.- Role-play and supervised sales exercises.- Review of real pipeline activity where approved.The Internship is a training and evaluation pathway, not a guarantee of employment, paid work, or direct client access.Progression to a separate paid trial or operational sales role requires a human decision based on demonstrated performance and company requirements.Required Skills:Strong spoken and written English.Clear and professional communication.Ability to understand and explain complex ideas in simple language.Good research and organisation skills.Reliable follow-up and deadline discipline.Comfort with CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and LinkedIn.Ability to ask questions and listen carefully.Ability to accept feedback and improve.Interest in AI, enterprise technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or business development.Willingness to work on-site in Dubai.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, recruitment, customer success, consulting, or technology partnerships.Experience selling SaaS, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise software, data-center services, or other complex solutions.Experience speaking with founders, executives, technology leaders, or institutional buyers.Experience managing long sales cycles.Experience with CRM systems and structured pipeline reporting.Knowledge of the GCC, European, or international B2B market.Evaluation CriteriaCandidates will be evaluated on:- Quality of prospect research.- Accuracy of CRM records.- Ability to understand the company’s infrastructure.- Ability to explain Governance Orchestration clearly.- Ability to distinguish Governance Orchestration, OpenReal, and Center AI Vision.- Quality of written outreach.- Quality of discovery questions.- Listening and communication skills.- Follow-up reliability.- Respect for approval and compliance rules.- Ability to identify risks and escalate them early.- Ability to develop qualified opportunities rather than only collect contacts.- Honesty about progress, delays, and results.A candidate who generates many unqualified leads, makes unsupported promises, or hides delays is not suitable for the role.A candidate who produces fewer but better-qualified opportunities, keeps excellent records, communicates clearly, and learns the infrastructure accurately is a stronger fit.Selection ProcessThe process may include:- CV screening.- A short English interview.- A role-play discovery call.- A prospect research exercise.- A written outreach exercise.- A CRM organisation exercise.- A short explanation of the 2 fundamental laws.- A practical test on how to handle a prospect’s technical or regulatory question.The candidate must understand:- Customer and branch isolation.- Human approval before important actions.- The difference between making a recommendation and making a decision.- The need to escalate uncertain claims before communicating them externally.Human ApprovalThe Sales Developer prepares research, drafts, recommendations, and follow-ups.A named human must approve:- Target account lists.- First-contact messages where required.- Technical claims.- Pricing and commercial terms.- Proposals.- Contracts.- Investor-related communications.- Any statement about regulation, licensing, investment, or product readiness.No automated tool or sales intern can approve its own communication or create its own commercial authority.The right candidate is not simply someone who can send a high volume of messages.
