Everyone gets their time back.We're growing across the UAE and need someone who can open doors and close deals.The RoleYou'll own new business across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You find the leads, start the conversations, book the meetings and bring the deals home.You'll be the face of Fit4ward in the market. Gym owners, fitness centre managers and HR leads at corporates will know us through you.You can do this on the ground in the UAE or fully remote.What You'll DoBuild your own pipeline of gyms, fitness studios, fitness centres and corporates across Dubai and Abu DhabiReach out by phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and in person (field-based) or video call (remote)Pitch and demo the platform to owners, managers and decision makersUnderstand each prospect's problems and show how Fit4ward solves themHandle objections, negotiate terms and close dealsRepresent Fit4ward at fitness events, expos and networking sessions (field-based)Keep your pipeline and activity updated so the team knows where every deal standsShare market feedback with the product team so we keep building what customers wantWhat We're Looking ForExperience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fitness, wellness or hospitalityConfidence speaking to business owners and decision makersStrong network in the UAE fitness or corporate wellness space is a big plusSelf-driven. You don't wait for leads, you go and get themFluent English. Arabic or Hindi is a plusFor field-based: comfortable travelling between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE driving licence preferredFor remote: comfortable selling over phone and video, with a reliable setup and strong internetWhat You'll GetWe offer two ways to work with us.Field-based (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)Fixed pay: AED 1,500 per monthTravel: Up to AED 1,000 per month reimbursedCommission: Up to 20% on every deal you closeRemoteFixed pay: None.
