We are looking for someone to come in and support the growth of this channel.ABOUT THE ROLEThis is the person accountable for corporate and wholesale revenue. You will be involved with: finding the business, pricing it, closing it, and making sure it gets delivered properly.It is not a role for someone who wants a list handed to them. It is a role for someone who wants a market with real headroom, a product they can be proud of, and the authority to go and win it.MUST HAVEProven B2B or corporate sales experience within a fashion brand, clothing manufacturer, uniform supplier, textile business or branded merchandise company. This one is not negotiable. We need someone who already understands fabrics, fits, size runs, minimum order quantities, sampling, decoration methods and production lead times, and who has sold into procurement and HR teams before. Applications without this background will not be shortlisted.At least 5 years in B2B sales, with a track record you can talk through in numbers — deals closed, accounts grown, targets hitThe ability to build a quote from a cost sheet and defend the price, rather than discounting to closeComfort managing an order from enquiry to delivery, including the awkward middle where samples get rejected and dates moveFluent written and spoken English, and the confidence to present to a boardroom and a factory floor on the same dayBased in Nairobi, with a valid driving licence and the willingness to be out seeing clients rather than sitting behind a deskALSO LOOKING FORSomeone organised enough to keep a real pipeline, not one that lives in their headGenuine curiosity about the client's business — the best orders come from spotting what they need before they askResilience.
