The mission is to help raise emotionally balanced, values-driven young people equipped with essential human skills for a rapidly changing world.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2C Sales Specialist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The B2C Sales Specialist will engage directly with parents and families, presenting Farid Academy’s programs and services, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward appropriate learning solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting consultations (in person and via phone or online), following up with potential customers, and closing sales in line with set targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, and providing feedback on customer insights. The B2C Sales Specialist may support occasional events, workshops, or info sessions to promote Farid Academy’s offerings to the community.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, handle concerns, and ensure a positive experience for families.Proven Sales skills in B2C environments, with experience in lead conversion, consultative selling, and achieving or exceeding targets.Sales Management or pipeline management skills to track prospects, prioritize opportunities, and report on performance.Training or coaching skills to guide families through program options and support their decision-making when needed.Experience in education, EdTech, or services aimed at children, youth, or parents is highly preferred.Comfort working on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to support events or extended hours during peak periods.Proficiency with CRM tools and basic digital productivity tools; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
