Synechron is looking for an experienced professional to join a global clients Post-Trade Services and Products team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding existing processes across applications and products, engaging with stakeholders to capture pain points and requirements, and translating findings into clear, actionable documentation.Key Responsibilities:Analyse and document existing (As-Is) processes across post-trade applications and productsPrepare As-Is process documents and detailed workflow diagramsIdentify, engage, and manage stakeholders across business and technology teamsCapture pain points, gaps, and business requirements through structured discussionsDefine and document future-state requirements based on stakeholder input and process analysisPlan and conduct workshops and meetings to build common understanding among stakeholdersUtilise relevant tools and applications for process articulation, workflow mapping, and documentationExperience & Skills:8–10 years of relevant experience in post-trade services, operations, or business analysisStrong stakeholder management and facilitation skillsProficiency in process mapping and workflow documentation toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and drive discussions across cross-functional teamsThis is a long term rolling contract - x3 days as week in London office - Strong market rates inside IR35Diversity StatementSynechron are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
