The product automates the structuring and management of complex securitisation transactions, helping bridge institutional finance with modern, decentralised technology.This is an opportunity to join a technical, ambitious and collaborative team building secure, scalable financial infrastructure for the real economy.About the Role:They are looking for a Back-end Engineer to help build and scale production-ready systems, APIs and integrations across its core platform.The successful candidate will work closely with the engineering team on back-end architecture, data integrations, blockchain protocol interactions, security, testing and system reliability. This role would suit someone with strong Golang experience, a security-first mindset and an interest in fintech, institutional finance or Web3 infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Build performant, reliable and maintainable back-end systems and APIs.Develop complex integrations across multiple data sources, back-end services and blockchain protocols.Write high-quality, well-tested code following software engineering best practices.Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to strong development standards.Embed security best practices across all layers of the technology stack.Contribute to end-to-end product architecture and technical decision-making.Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team on areas such as DevOps, infrastructure and smart contract integrations.Help ensure systems are scalable, observable and suitable for production use.Ideal Candidate Requirements:2+ years of experience building robust back-end systems and APIs.Strong commercial or project experience with Golang.Good understanding of communication protocols such as REST/HTTP, gRPC, GraphQL and message queues.Experience working with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.Familiarity with database lifecycle management, including deployment, migrations and backups.Strong understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines.Security-first approach to software engineering.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to think critically.Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment.Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively as part of a small, high-performing team.Nice to Have:Experience deploying and monitoring containerised applications.Knowledge of Web3, blockchain integrations or Ethereum infrastructure.Experience with the Ethereum stack, including go-ethereum.Previous experience in fintech, banking, lending, capital markets or financial infrastructure.What the Company Offers:Competitive compensation.Opportunity to become a core member of an early-stage technical team.Meaningful ownership and growth opportunities aligned with company objectives.Flexible working hours and remote working options.Supportive, technically excellent team culture.Exposure to cutting-edge work across fintech, blockchain and institutional finance.Direct impact on infrastructure bridging traditional and decentralised finance.
