Back End Developer

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to build and maintain the coreinfrastructure that powers our platforms. You will be designing scalable microservices,managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, and wiring up complex data pipelines. If you have aproven track record of handling high-volume transactions, subscriptions, and secure userdata, this role is for you.What You'll DoSystem Architecture: Design, build, and maintain high-performance APIs andmicroservices using Python (FastAPI/Django) and Go (Golang).Payment & Subscription Logic: Architect and integrate complex payment gateways(e.g., Razorpay, phonepe, Cashfree), handling webhooks, automated reconciliations,and subscription lifecycle events.Security & Auth: Implement robust authentication and authorization systems(OAuth2, JWT, SSO, RBAC).AWS Infrastructure: Provision and manage cloud resources (EC2, S3, RDS,Lambda, API Gateway) ensuring high availability and cost optimization.Data Integration: Build automated data pipelines and integrate with third-party APIs,CRMs, and analytics platforms.Database Management: Model complex relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL(MongoDB/Redis) databases, optimizing queries for speed and scale.What We're Looking For3–4 years of backend engineering experience with production-level proficiency inboth Python and Go.Hands-on experience architecting and deploying serverless and containerizedapplications (Docker, ECS, or EKS) on AWS.Demonstrated experience integrating major payment gateways and handling theedge cases of digital monetization and compliance.Strong understanding of web security best practices (OWASP) and data privacystandards.Experience setting up robust CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).A pragmatic problem-solver who balances technical debt with the need for rapidfeature delivery.
