NA Diamonds is fully committed to lab-grown diamonds as the future of both diamond products and the broader industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and PHPBuild and manage RESTful APIs for web and mobile applicationsWork with frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, and LaravelDesign and optimize database structures using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databasesCollaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth API integrationIntegrate third-party services and APIsOptimize application performance, scalability, and securityTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systemsFollow Agile/Scrum development processes and participate in team sprintsRequirements:3+ years of professional backend development experienceStrong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) and PHPHands-on experience with Express.js or NestJSPractical experience with Laravel frameworkStrong understanding of MVC architecture and backend design patternsExperience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQLSolid knowledge of RESTful API developmentExperience with Git/version control systemsUnderstanding of caching mechanisms and message queuesStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsGood to Have:Familiarity with TypeScriptUnderstanding of frontend technologies such as React.js and Vue.jsAwareness of frameworks like Next.js and Nuxt.jsKnowledge of frontend-backend integration and API best practicesWhat We’re Looking For:A detail-oriented and solution-driven mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong communication and teamwork skills
