Back End Developer

About This Role:As a Software Engineer, you will join our engineering team to build product featuresacross backend, frontend, or full-stack applications. Depending on your project, youmay work with Java, Spring Boot microservices, TypeScript, React, and AWS. You'llgain hands-on experience developing production systems, improving performance andscalability, and collaborating with experienced engineers in a fast-paced fintechenvironment.Core Responsibilities:● Contribute to the development of backend, frontend, or full-stack applicationsusing technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, and AWS,while supporting integration across distributed systems.● Write clean, testable, and efficient code following team standards andguidance from mentors.● Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups to learn agileengineering practices.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product, toensure smooth deployment and operation of services.● Research and propose ways to improve system reliability and developerproductivity during the replatform effort.Preferred Skills/Experience:● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or arelated technical field.● Proficiency in Java with a solid understanding of object-oriented programmingand design principles.● Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot for developing large-scalemicroservices, including integration with middleware and infrastructurecomponents such as Redis, Kafka, MySQL, and job scheduler, etc.● Fullstack experience with TypeScript, React, or other modern web developmentframeworks is a strong plus.● Familiarity with AWS cloud services, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.● Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributedsystems.● Strong interest in fintech, blockchain, or building highly scalable backendsystems.
