Profile: Back-End EngineerLocation: Andheri West, MumbaiExperience: Any (1-10 years)About the RoleWe’re seeking a solid Back-End Engineer with hands-on experience in any modern backendframework. You’ll be responsible for building robust, scalable APIs and server-side logicpowering ZILO’s high-velocity commerce platform.Key Responsibilities and Skills Required● Develop and maintain back-end applications - strong backend engineering skills● Work on microservices, RESTful API integrations, and data modeling -Understanding of authentication and middleware● Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance under high traffic● Collaborate with managers, QA, front-end and mobile developers for seamless APIintegration● DB: PostgreSQL, NoSql, MongoDB or relevant db● Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or other deployment environments● Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines● Troubleshoot production issues and support deployment cycles● Perform code reviews, manage repositories, ensure adherence to standards, anddebug complex problems.Soft Skills● Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities● Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - not pasting AI code● Proficiency in relevant programming languages, databases, and development tools.● Strong teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams● Self-motivated with an ownership mindset
