Employment Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong Apache Kafka expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and distributed systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust applications using Java and Spring Boot.Develop scalable and resilient microservices-based applications.Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.Develop Kafka producers and consumers and manage topics, partitions, offsets, and consumer groups.Implement RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.Work on application performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support.Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and exception management.Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and design standards.Analyze technical requirements and provide effective solutions.Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues in development and production environments.Mandatory Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Core Java / Java 8+.Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.Good understanding of Kafka Producers, Consumers, Topics, Partitions, Consumer Groups, and Offsets.Strong experience in Microservices Architecture.Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.Good understanding of application security, performance, and scalability.Good to HaveExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with messaging technologies apart from Kafka.Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Exposure to monitoring tools and application performance management.Candidate ProfileStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Experience handling enterprise-scale applications and production environments.
