Back End Developer

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot to join our growing engineering team. The role involves developing and maintaining backend services, building REST APIs, working with relational databases, and contributing to scalable backend solutions.You will work closely with senior engineers to develop and enhance backend modules, troubleshoot issues, and implement modern backend engineering practices. This role is ideal for engineers with 2–4 years of experience who are passionate about backend development and eager to grow their skills in scalable system design.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend modules using Java and Spring Boot.Design and implement REST APIs under the guidance of senior engineers.Work with relational databases, including writing queries and optimizing database performance.Troubleshoot and fix bugs while enhancing existing backend features.Write and maintain unit and integration tests.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile development activities.Follow established coding standards, development practices, and software engineering best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Good knowledge of Java / Advanced Java.Good hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot.Basic understanding of JSON and JWT.Basic understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MSSQL.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment.Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools.Knowledge of Git and CI/CD fundamentals.Good to Have:Exposure to AWS.Basic understanding of Docker.Exposure to Agile methodology.Job Details:Job Title: Backend Developer
