Back End Developer (Java)

Hi people,Bit Group is hiring!We are open for Backend Developer position.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in software development using Java.Strong proficiency in Java and experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, or related technologies.Good understanding of RESTful API design and Frontend–Backend communication.Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or Spring Data JPA.Familiar with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Clean Code.Experience with Git version control.Knowledge of unit testing (JUnit/Mockito), CI/CD, and software development best practices.Basic understanding of Docker, Microservices Architecture, and Message Brokers (RabbitMQ or Kafka) is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Responsibilities :Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java.Design and implement scalable and secure RESTful APIs.Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.Collaborate with Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, System Analysts, and Project Managers throughout the software development lifecycle.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.Contribute to software architecture and technical improvements.Ensure software quality through testing and adherence to coding standards.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.If you’re interested, please send your cv to hrd@bitgroup.co.idSubject : Hiring - BE - NameThank you!
