The center brings together specialized capabilities across Human Resources, Finance, Technology, and other enterprise functions to deliver integrated, end-to-end services that support global business priorities.The center is designed to enable standardized processes, scalable service delivery, and stronger cross-functional collaboration. Teams in GSS partner closely with global stakeholders to drive efficiency, improve quality, design and scale next generation services, and deliver consistent outcomes across markets.Hyderabad offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact initiatives, build global exposure, and contribute to the continued evolution of Brink’s operating model.What You’ll Be Doing (Position Summary):The Back-Office - INFRA Core Services OPS will ensure operational reliability, resilience, and cost-efficiency of the enterprise’s core compute, storage, Networking, Cloud connectivity messaging and platform environments. Govern MSP delivery of data center and cloud operations to maintain service continuity and enable scalable performance.This role will help deliver reliable, secure, and user-centered technology operations across a global environment. The role will coordinate across retained IT teams, MSP partners, and business stakeholders to improve service performance, standardize ways of working, and support modernization of the technology landscape.Work Environment:At Brink’s, we enable a work environment that supports both performance and flexibility. Work arrangements, including on-site and hybrid options, will be discussed during the interview process based on role requirements and business needs.How You’ll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities):Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:Oversee daily governance of core computing, storage, Networking and connectivity, collaboration platforms (voice, video, messaging) and IaaS/PaaS environments.Define service standards and monitor uptime, capacity, and incident metrics across data centers and cloud platforms.Collaborate with Security and Architecture to maintain compliance with infrastructure risk and resilience requirements.Govern and partner with MSP and OEM to deliver availability, latency, capacity and security of network and collaboration services, including QoS for critical platforms and applications and ensure that we track the adherence to SLAs, escalation performance, and improvement plans.Oversee integration between network, security, and collaboration tools (e.g., SBCs, email security, conferencing, recording, data loss controls).Drive optimization of hosting costs and resource utilization.Govern day-to-day service performance, operational stability, and continuous improvement across the relevant IT service or platform area.Partner with retained IT teams, MSP providers, security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve issues and improve service reliability.Monitor KPIs, SLAs, incidents, risks, costs, and user experience trends to identify improvement actions and escalation needs.Support modernization, automation, standardization, and transition from legacy ways of working to more scalable operating practices.Coordinate major network changes, outages, site turn-ups/downs, and collaboration rollouts with retained IT teams and MSP partners.Drive incident resolution and escalation management for critical network and collaboration services.Maintain documentation, service standards, controls, and governance routines that support reliable and compliant operations.Set priorities, manage workplans or team routines, and ensure commitments are delivered with quality and accountability.Coach, guide, or influence team members and partners to build capability, improve execution, and reinforce a service-oriented culture.Experience:5-10+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated ownership of processes, services, projects, platforms, or stakeholder outcomes.Experience in IT operations, infrastructure (network engineering, connectivity, collaboration platforms, service desk, asset management, service management, or managed service governance.Strong ITIL and ITSM Experience working with SLAs, KPIs, incidents, problems, changes, vendor performance, or service improvement routines.Deep understanding of enterprise networking technologies (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, cloud connectivity) and collaboration platforms (voice, video, messaging).Strong networking and unified communications understanding (on-prem and cloud-based collaboration suites).Ability to interpret network and collaboration analytics, incident trends, and service reports to drive improvements.Managed multisource network and collaboration services with tight performance and security requirements.Knowledge of security integration and compliance requirements for network and collaboration services.Managing global or regional infrastructure operations, preferably in hybrid environments.Experience governing MSP or co-sourced infrastructure delivery models.10+ years in core infrastructure operations.
