Back Store Keeper

ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AS).Job Summary:Responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing stock while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the back-store area is clean, safe, and well organized.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming goods against invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.Check quantities, quality, expiry dates, and product condition.Properly arrange and label stock in the back store.Issue stock to relevant departments according to approved requests.Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.Conduct regular stock counts and assist with physical inventory checks.Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged items, and expired products.Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety requirements.Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and other departments regarding stock requirements.Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports when required.Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or loss.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.Basic knowledge of inventory and stock-control procedures.Good organizational and record-keeping skills.Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software is an advantage.Ability to lift and move stock when required.Good communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Education:High School diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience:2–5 years of relevant store/warehouse experience preferred.
