What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C# and .NET/.NET CoreTranslate business requirements into scalable software and AI/ML solutionsPrepare datasets, engineer features, and select appropriate machine learning approachesBuild, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy different types of ML models, including classification, regression, NLP, time-series, anomaly detection, computer vision, and deep learningDevelop production-ready ML pipelines using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learnDeploy ML models through cloud endpoints, APIs, batch pipelines, and edge applicationsMonitor model performance, data quality, and application behavior in productionImplement model versioning, experiment tracking, and retraining processesDevelop LLM-based solutions using GPT, Transformers, Hugging Face, RAG, and prompt engineeringCreate proofs of concept and support the transition of AI solutions into productionDesign cloud-based AI architectures using Azure, AWS, or Google CloudWork with Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or equivalent servicesContainerize applications and ML services using Docker and KubernetesContribute to CI/CD pipelines, MLOps practices, and AI governance standardsEnsure security, privacy, and responsible AI principles are applied throughout developmentConduct code reviews, document technical decisions, and mentor other engineersCollaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutionsSupport production incidents, maintain SLAs, and identify technical improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field5+ years of professional software engineering experience5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core3+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Data ScienceProven experience building, training, and deploying at least 2 different types of Machine Learning models beyond LLM and RAG applicationsStrong Python skills for data processing, model development, and ML pipelinesPractical experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and/or scikit-learnExperience with model evaluation, experiment tracking, versioning, and production monitoringExperience deploying ML models using Azure, AWS, or Google CloudKnowledge of Azure ML, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar servicesExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of MLOps practices and production model operationsKnowledge of NLP, LLMs, Transformers, Hugging Face, and prompt engineeringExperience with microservices, databases, and high-volume backend systemsGood understanding of API security, AI governance, and data privacyExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsFluent English.At DataSmart, you will have the opportunity to integrate into a solid company and participate in projects of high recognition, nationally and internationally, with an appealing technological environment and career progression.Excellence in the way to the future!Connect with Us: Follow us on LinkedIn for updates on career opportunities, company news, and industry insights!
