The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and secure backend applications and APIs, while ensuring high performance and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance backend applications and services.Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications and third-party services.Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.Design, develop, and optimize databases and queries.Troubleshoot and resolve application performance and technical issues.Implement security best practices for backend systems and APIs.Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application quality and reliability.Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders.Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.Integrate external APIs and third-party services when required.Monitor and optimize application performance.Prepare and maintain technical documentation.Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and development best practices.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in backend development.Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as PHP/Laravel, Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and API integrations.Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).Experience with Git/version control systems.Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, or similar technologies.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good understanding of application security and performance optimization.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.How to Apply : 📩 Please send your updated CV and answers to the pre-interview questions to:sohila.haddad@synkroniza.com📌 Subject:  Backend Developer🔹 Shortlisted candidates will receive updates and interview invitations via LinkedIn.Please ensure you are following our company page.
