It is now investing in technology to power its next phase of growth — and strengthening its engineering team to match.Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to design, build, and maintain large-scale, cloud-based applications using Java and Spring Boot. You'll work within a collaborative, Agile environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust, scalable, high-performance solutions. This is an opportunity to own solutions end-to-end and make a tangible impact on a market leader's digital backbone.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale Java applications using Spring Boot.Architect and implement solutions based on Microservices design principles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Ensure high-quality, maintainable code by following best practices in coding standards, testing, and debugging.Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to deliver projects on time and within budget.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.Contribute across the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering and design documentation.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and deployment.Must-Have Qualifications3–5 years of professional experience in Java development.Strong, hands-on expertise with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.Solid understanding of Microservices architecture design principles and implementation using Spring Boot.Proficiency across the SDLC, including requirement gathering and design documentation creation.Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile team.Good-to-Have (Preferred) SkillsThese are preferred, not mandatory — strong candidates without every item are encouraged to apply.Containerization and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes.Databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).REST API design and development.Version control with Git.Unit and integration testing frameworks: JUnit and Mockito.Familiarity with messaging/streaming (e.g., Kafka) and ORM frameworks (JPA/Hibernate).Why JoinBe part of a market-leading, financially stable organization with decades of proven success.Inclusive, collaborative culture with mentorship, structured learning, and clear career-growth paths.Strong emphasis on work-life balance and a supportive, team-first environment.Build technology that powers real-world experiences at scale for customers around the globe.
