🚀 We're Hiring: Technical Lead – Backend Systems 🚀Are you a passionate backend engineering leader who loves architecting scalable systems while staying hands-on with coding?We are looking for a Technical Lead - Backend Systems with 10+ years of experience to drive backend architecture, system design, and technical decision-making for large-scale distributed applications.🔹 What You'll Do✅ Design and build highly scalable, resilient, and maintainable backend systems✅ Define architecture standards, service boundaries, and integration patterns✅ Lead the development of high-performance backend services using Python & FastAPI✅ Architect distributed systems, microservices, event-driven platforms, and modular applications✅ Optimize database design across PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL technologies✅ Drive technical discussions, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices✅ Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders🔹 Key Skills & Experience✔️ 10+ years of backend/software engineering experience✔️ 3+ years of hands-on FastAPI development in production environments✔️ Expert-level Python programming skills✔️ Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases✔️ Deep understanding of:Distributed SystemsMicroservices & Event-driven ArchitectureSOLID Principles & Design PatternsSystem Design & Scalability✔️ Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD, and Kubernetes✔️ Proven track record of leading architecture decisions and technical teams⭐ Nice to Have

• Monolith to Microservices migration experience
• Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar messaging systems
• OAuth2, JWT, API Gateways & Rate Limiting
