By combining thoughtful matching, seamless digital access, and a strong commitment to care quality, Aepsy is making mental health support more accessible, personal, and effective across Switzerland.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain backend services that support our systemDevelop scalable, secure, and reliable systems using Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, and PostgreSQLContribute to cloud-native architecture and microservices running in Google Cloud PlatformSolid approach to testing and debugging, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.Improve system performance, stability, and maintainability across the platformTroubleshoot technical issues, debug complex problems, and support continuous product improvement.Take ownership of backend solutions from design through delivery and iterationContribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and scalable technical decisions.Requirements: 6+ years of Backend Engineer, with solid hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, PostgreSQLExperienced working in Startup or scale-up experience in a fast-moving product environment.Experience building and maintaining scalable cloud-native platformsExperience working with microservices architecture in a cloud environment, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Strong engineering mindset with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainabilityStrong ownership, working independently, practical problem-solving, and user experience mindset.Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to build valuable products for usersComfortable working in an English-speaking environment.Vietnamese candidate only.Hiring process:Screening Call (Aepsy' team information)Home assignmentTeam fit (1h30)Technical round (3h)Culture fit OfferNote: Due to the high volume of CVs we receive, we will only contact candidates whose profiles match the position.How to ApplyIf our mission and requirements resonate with you, please send your latest CV to lv@aepsy.com and we would love to hearing from you.
