Built on analytics, data, and technology, it enhances the productivity of investment specialists to deliver client-first solutions.## About the RoleWe're looking for a Backend Engineer to build and scale the APIs, services, and data systems that power our platform, handling sensitive financial data with high reliability.## What You'll Do- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs- Work on and evolve our microservices architecture- Write clean, well-tested code in Python and JavaScript (Node.js)- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to manage financial data- Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to ship features end-to-end- Optimize performance, reliability, and security across services## What We're Looking For- *1+ years of experience* in backend development- Strong programming skills in *Python* and *JavaScript*- Experience building and consuming REST APIs- Working knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Redis, ClickHouse)- Familiarity with Git and strong fundamentals in data structures and system design## Good to Have- Cloud platforms (AWS), Docker, CI/CD- Message queues (Kafka, AWS SQS)- Prior fintech experience## Benefits- Hybrid work (Bengaluru
