Join us in revolutionizing financial inclusion and making a positive impact on communities.Position SummaryWe are looking for a Backend Engineer to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side systems, including APIs, databases, and service integrations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless application experiences.Responsibilities1. Server-Side Development• Develop APIs and server-side logic to support application functionality and workflows.2. Database Management• Design optimized database schemas and implement secure data access layers.3. Integration of Services• Integrate third-party services and ensure seamless communication between application components.4. Performance Optimization• Optimize server-side code and implement scaling strategies for high performance.5. Security• Ensure data protection and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.6. Testing and Debugging• Write tests and debug issues to maintain code quality and resolve performance bottlenecks.7. Collaboration and Documentation• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear technical documentation.Qualifications1.Technical Skills:Programming Languages: Proficiency in server side languages such as Go, Python, Java, Ruby, JavaScript/Node.js, or PHP.Database Management Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).API Development: Knowledge of RESTful API design and development, and familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems like Git.2.Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to analyze complex problems and design efficient solutions.Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.3.Soft Skills:Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.4.Experience:Work Experience: Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar role.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.Please submit your CV & Portfolio to recruitment@yourpay.co.id with email SUBJECT: Backend Engineer - Name
