Backend Engineers

Requirements : - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend software development. - Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade backend systems and APIs. - Experience working in cross-functional product teams (product, frontend). - Experience designing scalable systems in high-availability environments.Technical Competency :- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Ruby, Python, Go).- Understanding other code languages like Java, .Net Core, etc is a plus- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and backend system architecture.- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis).- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.- Ability to design scalable systems and optimize system performance.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).- Experience with containerization and deployment tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines).- Strong understanding of system monitoring, logging, and debugging.- Experience with version control systems, especially Git-based workflows.- Familiarity with automated testing and quality assurance practices.- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.- Ability to deliver within deadlines.- Continuous learning attitude and adaptability to emerging technologies.- Financial Services Industry (FSI) background and regulatory compliance knowledge is a plus.
