Founded in 2022 and backed by a remarkable group of early-stage investors, we're a fast-growing company of 15 ambitious engineers, researchers and commercial talent based in Amsterdam.‍About the roleAs a backend software engineer, you will play a significant role in the development of the Coolset platform.We follow API-first principals with the latest and greatest serverless cloud technology, using Google Cloud Platform.You will be working on building new features, projects, and integrations for the platform. This is a great opportunity to learn about and work with cutting-edge technology while having a positive impact on the environment.This role requires someone with an entrepreneurial stance towards problem-solving, flexibility in action, and a hands-on mentality while taking accountability for your projects. Strong communication skills and a creative-oriented mindset for solving problems are a must.Your profileYou are committed to an AI future, in both your way of working and in the products you buildYou have 2+ years experience working in a software engineer role, preferably at a high-growth startupYou love working with opinionated web frameworks and follow best practices to build world-class APIs: we use Django Rest framework, FastAPI and FastMCPYou have a DevOps mentality - not all solutions should be solved with code!You find the right balance between quality and output.
