Through collaboration across the private and public sectors, our unified techfin platform supports financial institutions and merchants of all sizes to achieve inclusive growth through a comprehensive range of cutting-edge digital payment and financial services solutions.Our MissionMake it easy to do business anywhere, bringing small and beautiful changes to the worldOur VisionTo be the most trusted and innovative digital partner to bring inclusive growth to allIn this role, you will:Be an active participant in the development of high-volume, high-performance, low-latency, and reliable mission-critical applicationsFollow coding standards and development processes to ensure code quality and maintainabilityAssist in code reviews and issue resolutionDesign and develop new features based on requirements and specificationsCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot and fix system defectsParticipate in technical discussions and project meetings, providing technical support and suggestionsApply AI Coding tools (e.g., Codex, Qoder, Claude code, etc.) to improve development efficiency and code quality.Create effective prompts for AI Coding tools and optimize generated code with best practices.You could be a good fit, if you are/have:Pursuing bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldExperience in Java programming, familiarity with Java development environmentPossess baseline problem-solving and debugging skillsExcellent communication skills and strong collaboration mindsetPossess foundational database knowledge, such as SQL, transaction and relational databasesBasic experience using AI coding tools and optimize generated code with best practiceAble to write clear prompts to help AI generate code
