Backoffice Operations Executive – DP & KYC📍 Location: Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat🏢 Work Mode: On-site💼 Department: Backoffice Operations🕐 Employment: Full-Time🏦 Industry: Stock Broking / Financial ServicesAbout the RoleMiracles Fintech is looking for a Backoffice Operations Executive – DP & KYC to join our operations team.The role involves handling day-to-day DP, KYC, client onboarding, settlement, exchange, and back-office operations while ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with DP operations, KYC processes, CDSL/NSDL, exchange portals, UCC uploads, BO account opening, and stock broking back-office systems.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze FTP files received from exchanges and CDSL and identify files requiring departmental action.Validate and process KYC documents and update client information in back-office and DP systems.Upload client details in UCC / Exchange portals and create/update BO accounts in the CDSL portal.Verify and upload required documents on KRA and CKYC portals as per regulatory requirements.Monitor grievance-related mailboxes and escalate important issues to the appropriate team.Handle MCX billing activities and ensure timely dispatch of contract notes, margin statements, and other client communications.Perform maker-level activities related to securities settlement, including pay-in, payout, pledge, and re-pledge.Monitor daily regulatory circulars and ensure relevant KYC and operational processes are followed by the team.Conduct periodic KYC compliance checks, including income range and net-worth updates.Perform regular data dumping, reconciliation, and file reviews to ensure accuracy and process compliance.Prepare required monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual audit data at the maker level.Coordinate with internal teams, depositories, exchanges, and other stakeholders for operational and client-related requirements.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.What We're Looking ForGraduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in DP operations, stock broking operations, KYC, or compliance.Hands-on experience with KYC document verification and client onboarding.Working knowledge of CDSL/NSDL portals, KRA, CKYC, UCC uploads, and BO account opening.Experience working with stock broking back-office and DP systems.Understanding of securities settlement, pay-in/payout, pledge and re-pledge processes.Familiarity with regulatory and audit-related data preparation.Good command of MS Excel and data management.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work within strict timelines and handle multiple operational activities.What You Get🤑 Attractive Salary🏋️ Free Gym Membership✈️ Team Vacation Trips🎉 Culture ActivitiesWhy Miracles Fintech?At Miracles Fintech, you'll be part of a fast-moving financial technology environment where operations, technology, trading, and automation come together.You'll get the opportunity to work with real-world stock broking and depository processes while contributing to efficient, technology-driven financial operations.📩 Apply Now: hradmin@miraclesfintech.com🌐 Website: www.miraclesfintech.com
