🥐 Commis Baker – HiringWe’re Hiring: Commis Baker 👨‍🍳🥐We are looking for a motivated and passionate Commis Baker to join our bakery team.The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in professional baking and basic hands-on knowledge of bread, croissants, cookies, pastries, and other bakery products.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Baker Chef in daily bakery productionPrepare and handle dough for breads, croissants, cookies, and pastriesAssist with mixing, shaping, proofing, lamination, and bakingFollow recipes and production standards accuratelyMaintain consistency in product quality and presentationPrepare and organize ingredients and equipmentFollow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation proceduresMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery sectionSupport the team during daily production and serviceRequirementsCan join immediatelyPrevious experience as a Commis Baker or Bakery Assistant is preferredBasic knowledge of bread, croissants, cookies, and pastry productionWillingness to learn and develop professional baking skillsGood attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environmentPositive attitude, teamwork, and strong work ethicExperience in a bakery, restaurant, hotel, or central kitchen is an advantage📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Position: Commis Baker📩 Interested candidates are requested to send their CV via LinkedIn.
