Baker

Role Description The Baker is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role involves preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of products such as bread, cookies, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards. The Baker will ensure proper food preparation, maintain a clean and safe work area, and monitor ingredient quality and stock levels. Daily responsibilities include operating baking equipment, following food safety and hygiene regulations, decorating or finishing products as required, and collaborating with team members to meet production schedules. The Baker will also help develop new recipes and product variations that align with Mattea Group’s commitment to a better customer experience.QualificationsProficiency in bakery operations, including Baking and general Bakery skillsExperience in Food Preparation and handling baked goods such as CookiesAbility to produce and manage a variety of Bread products to consistent quality standardsKnowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and basic kitchen equipment operationAttention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow recipes and instructions accuratelyPrevious experience as a baker or in a commercial kitchen is preferredWillingness to work early morning or flexible shifts as required by production needsWilling to placed in Bekasi
