Balanced Scorecard Specialist

About the RoleWe are looking for a Balanced Scorecard Specialist to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s Balanced Scorecard and KPI framework. The role will ensure alignment between strategic objectives, departmental goals, KPIs, targets, and strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and monitor the organization’s Balanced Scorecard (BSC).Develop, define, and cascade KPIs across departments.Ensure KPIs are aligned with strategic objectives and the four BSC perspectives.Monitor KPI performance against approved targets and identify performance gaps.Collect, validate, and analyze performance data from different departments.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and dashboards.Provide management with performance insights, trends, and recommendations.Follow up on strategic initiatives and corrective action plans related to performance gaps.Coordinate performance reviews with department heads and relevant stakeholders.Support departments in developing and improving their KPIs and measurement methodologies.Ensure the accuracy and consistency of performance data and reporting.Recommend improvements to performance measurement and management processes.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Performance Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Balanced Scorecard, Performance Management, Strategic Planning, Business Performance, or a related field.Proven experience in BSC and KPI development, cascading, and monitoring.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in performance reporting, dashboards, and management presentations.Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools is preferred.Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.Key SkillsBalanced Scorecard (BSC) | KPI Management | Performance Management | Strategic Planning | Performance Analysis | KPI Development & Cascading | Business Performance | Data Analysis | Performance Dashboards | Power BI | Reporting | Strategic Initiatives | Continuous Improvement | Stakeholder Management
