We're Hiring | Bank Relations Specialist – Residential📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia🏢 Sector: Real Estate Development – ResidentialWe are looking for a Bank Relations Specialist to join our Residential team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mortgage operations, real estate financing, and banking coordination, ensuring smooth financing processes between real estate developers, financial institutions, and property buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with banks, mortgage providers, and financing partners.Coordinate real estate project and developer accreditation with financial institutions.Facilitate mortgage applications, documentation, and approval processes for residential property buyers.Follow up on pending mortgage applications, resolve financing delays, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.Monitor mortgage disbursements and coordinate escrow-related documentation.Support financing processes related to REDF and Sakani programs.Prepare financing status reports and track approvals, pending cases, and disbursements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in mortgage operations, real estate financing, banking, or developer–bank relations.Hands-on knowledge of mortgage products, eligibility criteria, and approval processes in Saudi Arabia.Strong relationship management, communication, and coordination skills.Fluent in Arabic with working proficiency in English.Valid Saudi driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in real estate project accreditation and mortgage disbursement coordination.Familiarity with REDF, Sakani, and escrow account procedures.Professional certifications in banking, credit, or real estate finance.
