ADCB actively invests in employee development, assessing performance on both results and the way those results are achieved.Role Description This is a full-time Banker role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site work at ADCB offices with some work-from-home flexibility. The Banker will manage and grow a portfolio of individual and/or corporate clients, providing advisory services on banking products such as accounts, deposits, loans, cards, and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, assessing financial needs, recommending appropriate products, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role involves monitoring account activity, managing risk and compliance requirements, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and UAE regulatory standards. The Banker will also collaborate with internal teams to support cross-selling initiatives, prepare accurate documentation, and contribute to achieving branch and segment performance targets.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.Candidates should possess financial analysis, credit assessment, and basic risk evaluation skills to support sound lending and advisory decisions.Candidates should possess knowledge of core banking products and services, including retail and/or corporate banking solutions, and an understanding of UAE banking regulations.Candidates should possess communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively explain complex financial concepts in a clear and professional manner.Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and transaction processing.Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications in banking or finance are an advantage.Prior experience in banking or financial services, ideally in the UAE or GCC region, and familiarity with digital banking platforms and MS Office tools.Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and adherence to ADCB’s values.
