Banking & Finance Associate | DubaiLeading International Law Firm | Banking & FinanceAn excellent opportunity for a 2+ PQE Banking & Finance Associate to join a growing and highly regarded Finance practice in Dubai.The team advises leading regional and international lenders, private equity sponsors, funds, sovereign wealth funds and corporates on complex domestic and cross-border financings across the GCC.The RoleAdvising on leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate lendingWorking with lenders, sponsors, private equity funds, SWFs and corporates on high-value regional and cross-border transactionsInvolvement throughout the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and documentation through to negotiation and closingDrafting and negotiating key financing documentation and taking ownership of individual workstreamsExposure to financing transactions across Real Estate, Energy, Infrastructure, Industrials and Financial ServicesWorking closely with the firm's wider corporate, projects and international finance teamsOpportunity for significant client contact and early responsibility within a growing Middle East practiceCandidate Profile2+ PQE with strong Banking & Finance experience from a leading UK or international firmExperience across transactional finance, ideally including leveraged finance, acquisition finance or corporate lendingRestructuring experience would be advantageous but is not essentialStrong technical drafting and negotiation skillsCommercially minded and comfortable working on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactionsStrong academic and professional credentialsRelocation candidates are very welcome - particularly London-based Banking & Finance lawyers looking to take their experience into the increasingly sophisticated GCC financing market, whilst retaining the support and international reach of a major global platform.
