Together we deliver the projects and programmes that turn our clients strategy into action.What you'll work onAs a Banking Consultant, you'll support transformation projects for our clients across operations, risk, compliance, finance, regulatory change and digital transformation - working alongside experienced consultants and client teams to analyse challenges, structure solutions and support implementation from start to finish.Create plans and delivery structuresManage and structure the delivery, excelling in communication, transparancy and insightsPrepare deliverables, presentations, workshops and stakeholder updates.Collaborate with clients, consultants and industry experts in multidisciplinary teams.Contribute to FiSer's Banking practice through knowledge sharing and business-development support.What we’re looking forWe’re looking for ambitious professionals with a strong interest in Banking, financial services and business transformation.A Master's degree (WO) in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field - or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech or consulting.
