This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with or without prior experience in collections, as comprehensive training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on overdue accounts.Ability to converse in meetings with senior management  Skip tracing and locate clients when required.Prepare regular reports on collection activities and strive to meet and exceed targets to qualify for performance-based bonuses. Members with experience in UAE Banking Collections/Recovery is a plus.Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of one of the languages such as Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic, or other Indian Languages is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and Proficient in learning new computer applications
