Role Description The Banquet Hall Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the banquet and event hall, ensuring the successful execution of weddings, conferences, meetings, and other events. The role includes coordinating with F&B, Kitchen, Sales, and Operations teams, supervising banquet staff, ensuring high service standards, monitoring event setup and food quality, and handling guest requirements professionally. The position requires strong hotel and F&B experience, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple events while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the banquet and event hall. Plan and coordinate weddings, conferences, meetings, and other events. Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high hospitality standards. Coordinate closely with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Sales, and Operations teams. Supervise, train, and manage banquet staff. Monitor event setup, service, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction. Handle customer requirements and resolve operational issues professionally. Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety procedures, and company policies. Requirements Previous experience as a Banquet Manager, Banquet Hall Manager, F&B Manager, or similar role. Strong experience in Food & Beverage operations. Previous experience working in the hotel/hospitality sector is required. Experience in managing events, banquets, weddings, and large functions. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
