Key Responsibilities

Restock bar stations with spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware throughout service.Prepare and maintain garnishes, juices, and other bar mise en place ahead of and during service.Support bartenders during high-volume peak periods, ensuring stations never run short.Clear and reset bar stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times.Manage ice supply, keg changes, and bottle replenishment throughout service.Assist with receiving and storing bar deliveries and stock rotation.Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all bar stations.Support bar setup and breakdown before and after service.Ideal Candidate:Prior experience as a Bar Back, Bar Porter, or similar support role within hotels, restaurants, or hospitality venues preferred; entry-level candidates with strong work ethic considered.Ability to work at pace during high-volume, fast-paced service.Physically fit and comfortable with continuous lifting, stocking, and movement during shifts.Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards.Basic English communication skills.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
