Combining food, beverages, music and entertainment, our venues welcome a diverse international clientele within energetic, high-volume environments.We are looking for energetic and reliable Barbacks to join our lifestyle brands in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesReplenish spirits, beverages, ice, garnishes, glassware and bar supplies.Complete bar mise en place before service.Prepare basic garnishes, juices and other beverage ingredients.Collect, wash, polish and organise glassware.Maintain clean bar counters, equipment, storage and service areas.Monitor stock levels and inform the bar team when replenishment is required.Assist with receiving, storing and rotating beverage stock.Remove empty bottles, waste and used equipment promptly.Support Bartenders and Head Bartenders during busy service periods.Handle bar equipment and products safely.Follow hygiene, safety and responsible-service requirements.Ideal CandidatePrevious experience as a Barback, Bar Assistant or in a similar hospitality position is preferred.Experience within a busy restaurant, beach club, lounge, nightclub or lifestyle venue is advantageous.Basic knowledge of bar operations, products and equipment.Energetic, reliable and able to remain active throughout the shift.Strong teamwork, organisation and attention to detail.Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.Good English communication skills.
