The Bar Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain quality food and beverage service. Responsibilities include staff training, inventory control, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and achieving sales goals. The Bar Manager will serve as a key leader in supporting and upholding the values and mission of Kava Culture.QualificationsCustomer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiencesProficiency in Food & Beverage operations, with an understanding of product quality and inventory managementExperience in Training team members to ensure consistency and high performanceSales skills to drive revenue and meet performance targetsStrong leadership and organizational abilitiesProblem-solving skills and the ability to manage a team effectivelyPrevious experience in hospitality or bar management is preferredAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
