The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids' clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bar Manager to join Jumeirah Al Qasr from September 2026 onwards.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with brand and HACCP requirements.Lead, coach, and develop the bar team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to create innovative beverage menus, seasonal offerings, and promotional initiatives that enhance the guest experience.Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and cost management processes to optimize profitability and minimize waste.Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all bar operations.Drive business performance through revenue-generating initiatives, operational analysis, team development, and effective resolution of guest feedback and concerns.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience within the luxury hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of beverage operations, cocktail development, inventory management, and cost control.Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire high-performing bar teams.Certification in Mixology or Beverage Management is considered an advantage.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
