Bar Manager / Property Officer

Role DescriptionA Bar Manager / Property Officer is responsible for overseeing bar operations and supporting property management activities, including staff coordination, customer and tenant service, inventory, maintenance, and daily operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily bar and property-related operations.Supervise, train, and coordinate staff and service teams.Maintain high standards of customer and tenant service.Manage bar inventory, property supplies, and operational requirements.Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, tenants, and service providers.Handle customer inquiries, tenant requests, and service issues.Monitor maintenance, repairs, cleaning, security, and property conditions.Manage beverage purchasing, stock levels, and supplier orders.Support property inspections, leasing documentation, and tenant records.Monitor sales, costs, expenses, and operational performance.Handle customer complaints and property-related issues.Maintain cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and professional standards.Prepare operational reports, records, and management updates.Coordinate events, promotions, maintenance works, and property activities.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant UAE regulations.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.Relevant experience in hospitality, bar management, property management, or operations.Strong customer service, communication, and coordination skills.Experience supervising staff and coordinating suppliers, contractors, and service providers.Good understanding of inventory, purchasing, maintenance, and operational procedures.Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, or property management systems.UAE hospitality or property management experience is advantageous.Professional, reliable, organized, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
