The role oversees bar performance, staff scheduling, stock management, safety, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily bar operations and ensure smooth service.Supervise, train, and schedule bartenders, servers, and bar staff.Maintain high standards of customer service, drinks quality, and presentation.Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering, receiving, and storage.Control beverage costs, wastage, pricing, and operating expenses.Coordinate with suppliers and manage beverage purchasing.Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and company procedures.Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service issues professionally.Monitor staff performance, attendance, and workplace conduct.Prepare sales, inventory, staff, and operational reports.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional standards throughout the bar.Coordinate with kitchen, restaurant, events, finance, and management teams.Assist with promotions, special events, menus, and beverage programs.Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in bar, restaurant, hotel, hospitality, or food-and-beverage management.Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverage service, inventory control, and customer service.Strong leadership, communication, organization, and team-management skills.Good knowledge of stock control, purchasing, costing, and wastage management.Strong problem-solving and customer-service abilities.Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.Good understanding of hygiene, health, safety, and applicable hospitality regulations.Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Professional, energetic, responsible, organized, and customer-focused.
